No man should ever lose sleep over public affairs.
Harold MacMillan

I am the type of person who has never had respect for sleep but that is probablydue to the fact I always sleep well. However many of my acquaintances suffer  what they think is insomnia but really, in most cases their problem  sleeping is more likely because of lack of preparation for sleep rather than an inability to sleep.

Most people now days take the elemental gifts of life for granted, they think because we are born healthy,  sleep naturally, breath naturally and make love naturally to mention just a few things we don’t need to be taught to do that they can’t improve on their technique.
If that were the case the The Iliad would never have been written, Yoga and meditation   would not have been invented and why do we bother to build hospitals?
Truth be told sleep is a journey and like the whole journey you take you require  to prepare before hand so that everything goes right in the best possible physical & mental state. If you suffer from insomnia do not just accept it – do something that’s realy practical about it.
I read an article on A Good Night Drink which listed 10 Tips to Help You Get a Good Night’s Sleep. I think they aresound advice if you really want to do something about your problem.
Here is an excerpt  but if you would like to read the whole article go to 10 Tips to Help You Get a Good Night’s Sleep.

Drink “Good Night” a relaxation drink.
Good Night Drink is natural, slightly carbonated herbal soft drink that includes valerian root and other similar plant extracts that relax you and help you get a good night’s sleep. In a recent trial 86% of the participants confirmed Good Night drink helped them get a better sleep and released tension and stress after taking it.
If you would like to try it you can buy Good Night drink online from this web site or from the Good Night Australia Facebookfanpage.

I have only printed a partial excerpt so I recommend you read the whole article if you cannot get a good night’s sleep.
